Welcome to Little Explorers. Here we explore and learn using all five senses. I believe children learn best through play and interaction. Having different age groups together is great for development. They learn to interact at different levels, the infant and toddlers learn from the preschoolers by watching and imitating, The preschoolers and school-age learn patience and helpfulness. At Little Explorers children have the oppurtunity to use their imaginations, creativity and sharpen their motor and social skills. I am a mother of three wonderful boys and know how important it is to feel your child is safe, loved and cared for while you are away. I have been in the early childhood field since 1994 and I have been teacher certified with the Department of Early Education and Care in Infant/Toddler and Preschool. I have attended many different workshops and courses throught out the years and I am CPR and 1st Aides certified. I look forward to meeting you and your family. |
